Arcview’s Business

Arcview Entertainment Inc. is in the business of film financing, film distribution and film distribution management. The first film to be produced and distributed by Arcview is Vice, a gritty cop drama.

The directors of Arcview are Graham Taylor and Michael Tan.

Graham Taylor is the founder and President of Technique Capital Corporation, a Vancouver-based venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate advisory firm for North American and international companies. He has acquired special expertise in private and public securities deal structuring and financing for a variety of companies spanning several different industries. Mr. Taylor is also the President and CEO of Magnus International Resources, a mining firm with development projects in China. Prior to founding these firms, he worked in the London, UK offices of international investment banks Nomura International and Banque National de Paris.

Michael Tan is a Vancouver businessman with expertise in telecommunications and corporate finance.  Since 1991, Mr. Tan has held senior management positions in several public telecommunications companies, gaining extensive experience in many facets of the Asian market, including fibre optics development, wireless networks and Voice Over Internet Protocol.  Companies with which Mr. Tan has worked include Asia Pacific Telecommunications (Canada), where he focused on building paging and voice networks in the People’s Republic of China, and VOIP Telecom (Voice Over Internet Protocol), one of the pioneer VOIP operators in Asia, where he acted as President and negotiated a major IP telephony contract with China Telecom.  Mr. Tan has also proven adept at corporate finance, using his business acumen and wealth of contacts to help various public companies raise over US$40 million to date.
